Under Cover - features the talents of two star vocalists - front vocalist Judi Westfall and keyboardist/vocalist Melissa Fischer. This outstanding five person band plays classic rock, contemporary country, R+B, and jazz.
Triple Threat - great rock and roll on a budget - this power trio covers a variety of rock styles as well as some lighter music when needed for background settings.
Steppin' Out - this all-star band features killer vocalist John Teamer, available in formats from a jazz quartet to a 7 person Motown/pop rock band.
4th Dimension - This fine all-around band features pop and classic rock, but has the versatility to play contemporary country music and jazz as well. Led by guitar master Mark Manners.
Jack Jackson Quartet featuring dynamic vocalist Veronica Page - this group features the most popular tunes from the traditional and contemporary jazz and pop idioms.
Soul Crackers - a ten person group which features three horns, B3 organ, rhythm, and strong vocalists. Lots of Motown, Tower of Power, and classic rock and roll. This is one kickin' band!
Melissa "Jazzmom" Fischer Quartet - Melissa is one of the great talents of Anchorage! A fine vocalist and pianist, she performs contemporary jazz-influenced pop tunes as well as traditional jazz. She can play in formats ranging from solo piano to a six person group.
KonneXion is Anchorage's hottest new large band and plays music by Earth, Wind, and Fire, Chaka Khan, Tower of Power, and more. KonneXion features the talents of all-star vocalists, a full horn section, and a smokin' rhythm section. They recently headlined the 4th of July concert at the Park Strip in downtown Anchorage.
Bootleg Brown - This great local bluegrass band has even toured Europe. A unique choice for a wedding reception
Flintlock Special - another excellent bluegrass band. An Alaska folk festival favorite.
Mosaic - a unique country and classic rock band with some wonderful original tunes. Based in the Mat-Su Valley area.
The Ravens - Dixieland and traditional jazz. Very upbeat, fun stuff.
Blues and Beyond - a guitarist/sax, harmonica, flute duo with a mostly instrumental repertoire. Especially pleasant and unobtrusive for dinner and cocktail settings.
Power of Love - This band, named after Huey Lewis',™ great tune of the same name, has a nice blend of both hard and mellow rock. They're a great wedding choice because of their ability to play all phases of a reception.
El Combo Tropical - Anchorage's great latin band. Even non-latinos will appreciate the excitement of this group. Upon request, the leader will teach your guests to dance salsa, merengue, cha cha - great audience participation entertainment.
"A" Train - This impressive large band features perhaps the most diverse repertoire of all. Great for ballroom dancing as well as jazz, rock, pop, and country.
